Oakley × Meta Vanguard: Performance AI Glasses Explained
Oakley and Meta have teamed up on the Oakley Meta Vanguard — a wraparound sport shield with a built-in camera, open-ear speakers and a voice assistant. Oakley calls it “athletic intelligence”, and the 2026 Reflections campaign shows exactly what that means in practice.
What you can ask your glasses
- “Hey Meta, take a photo” — capture your point of view without stopping.
- “Hey Meta, film this in slow mo” — hands-free video, no phone required.
- “Hey Meta, how fast am I going?” and “What’s the wind speed?” — live stats and conditions read out while you move (when paired with compatible fitness apps).
The frame itself is pure Oakley: a single PRIZM™ shield lens, a secure sport fit and the wrap coverage the brand is known for. In the campaign it is worn by footballer Kylian Mbappé and track star Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone.
Also in the family: Oakley Meta HSTN
Prefer a round, lifestyle silhouette? The HSTN version brings the same camera and voice features to a classic Oakley shape — the one director Spike Lee and golfer Akshay Bhatia wear in the same campaign.
Both are part of our Meta AI collection. Visit the store to try them on and see the camera and audio in action, or ask us on WhatsApp for availability.
